Tethered vs Untethered - What's the Difference?
The Pod Solo 3S charger comes in two types:
Tethered:
Comes with a fixed charging cable – just plug it in, no need to grab your own.
Best for: Quick and easy home charging, especially if your car uses a Type 2 plug.
Untethered:
No cable attached – you use your own. More flexible if you have more than one EV or use public chargers often.
Best for: Setups where the charger is further from the EV, households with multiple EVs, or those who prefer to use their own cable.
