The Delivery Process
Once you’ve ordered your new car with us, we know you are excited for the vehicle to be delivered, so we want to make sure you're aware of the process and how you will be taking delivery of your new lease vehicle.
We have made a short guide on how to take delivery of your lease vehicle, as this may be your first time leasing a car, we want to assure the delivery goes as smooth as possible.
How Insurance Works
Once Everything has been confirmed and your delivery date is set, we will need to see that your car is insured before the keys are handed over.
If you have not leased a vehicle using our Total Care package, then you will need to provide your own insurance for the vehicle. We only allow fully comprehensive insurance with the Finance Applicant being the main holder of the policy. The finance company will need to be mentioned as the registered owner of the vehicle.
As all our vehicle are new, the registration plates may not have been updated when using comparison websites, so in some cases you may need to call up insurance companies to get a quote.

What to Expect on day of Delivery
On your chosen day of delivery your new lease vehicle will be delivered to your chosen address as close to your delivery time slot. Some locations may require special assistance but a member of our admin team will inform you of this before your confirmed date.
Our usual delivery days are Mon-Fri between 9:00 – 17:00 and the driver, when safe to do so, will contact you an hour before he is due to arrive.
Once the driver has arrived, he will hand over the keys and talk you through all the basic functions of the vehicle and answer any questions you may have. There should also be enough fuel in the car to get you to a petrol station.
Check your vehicle for any damages, you can find out to properly check your lease vehicle on delivery here. You will be asked to sign or electronically sign a delivery note, please ensure you have noted down any damage as we will not be held responsible if any damages are found after this note has been signed. Once signed, your ready to enjoy your new car!
